Hi. I am wondering what symptoms you are experiencing since your surgery. I fear that I am refluxing AGAIN after a full fundo in March. I am having chest pain again, left arm pain,stomach pain,occasional burning in center of chest, scratchy throat,Headach,feeling like my mid section is going to explode from pressure! Bowel habits are REALLY bad since surgery. Nightime is pure hell! They did a endoscope about June. Said everything looked good. But symptoms are getting worse everyday. Did ok for awhile after the surgery ( about 5 months). Wonder if I should insist on another endoscope? I don't know if I can handle this coming back again! I'm barley hanging on to my sanity from LAST time. I can't tolerate the meds. (prilosec, prevecid....) Can a wrap "loosen up" I wonder? Not sure what to do. Have an appt. with my GI on the 5th of Oct. Seems we just keep switching from pill to pill to pill? It's almost like they don't believe me sometimes! Who could make up all those symptoms? Wonder if I should see a different surgeon? Or stick with a GI? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hang in there everyone!
