Anybody try the Skilled Relaxation Techniques?

I've heard about Skilled Relaxation and Meditation and Yoga and the whole works. So I went out to Media Play records and Book store and bought some meditation CD's. The one I particularly liked a lot is called (BRAINWAVE JOURNEY) By Dr. Jeffrey Thompson and Owen Morrison they combine brainwave frequencies combined w/ guided imagery and ambient music that takes you on an inner journey of your Mind, Body, Heart & Soul. So every morning when I get up, I pop in A CD and carefully listen as I relax and meditate listening to these Cd's. I practice my breathing skills and I've noticed within the two weeks of trying this that my anxiety has relaxed a bit and my Gerd symptoms have relaxed a little bit.

I know that everybody wants a quick fix, overnight, but these relaxation techniques are meant to de-toxify our negative thoughts and energies. We are all so filled with preservatives in foods that we've eaten, poisoned by eating meat which has been genetically altered and fattened up with dangerous chemicals. We have toxins in the environment; i.e. car fuel we inhale everyday, poisons in the water we drink, toxins all in the air we breathe, ozone layer damages, food colorings, electromagnetic waves in the air that are damaging to human cells, etc. Not to mention the everyday stress that we encounter i.e. jobs, children, spouse, illness,negative news by the media, our bosses nagging us; the list can go on an on. Skilled Relaxation Techniques allow us to go into our minds and relase that negative energy built up into our systems by concentrating on healing our bodies and minds. You can achieve this by concentrating on everything that has happened to you in your life and focosing on relesing the built up negative stress in our bodies. Give this a shot for 6 to 12 months and see how you feel. Remember it won't work overnight? Our quick minded western society has trained us to believe that if it's not a quick fix, it isn't worth a try. How many of you out there are cured from Gerd Disease despite the medications you're taking? How many Doctors have we all visited and still we are in pain? The pills only mask the symptoms folks, we've got to put our minds together and heal our own bodies. It may even take more then a year, give it a shot! Try the relaxtion techniques I've mentioned above 2 x's a day; and Dr. Walt Stoll says that it won't be effective if you do it 2 or 3 hours before bedtime so do the exercises in the morning when you first get up for 20 to 30 minutes and then again after mealtime or after work sometime. Make sure you unplug the phone, turn off the t.v. and do this is a really quiet relaxing place.

I like to do this with some lit up candles with pictures of Jesus and Mary on them, I concentrate on the music looking at the candles, and then I can relax and close my eyes. I then concentrate on all the negative things that have happened to me in my lifetime, Once I come up with something negative in my thoughts, I ask God to forgive me for whatever it was, then I concentrate on releasing the negatives energies from my body. I really believe that it's beginning to work. I also forgive all my enemies from the past that I've had encounters with and relase the energies. I ask God to heal me with positive energies and put them into my body, at this time I notice that I begin to feel the stress actually releasing, it's a wierd feeling folks. This is an example of what Skilled Relaxation is for me, for you it may be different, but this works for me. I believe that when you have a build up of negative NRG in your body after so many years it causes illness. Forgive all your enemies in your mind and soul for their wrong doings, release all your sad memories and replace them with peaceful thoughts and good memories. Tell yourself that you are a good person and that you are getting better. Tell yourself that you are and can be all the things you've ever wanted to do and be. Most of all you have to believe it and that's when you'll achieve it!

I actually go several years back into my past remembering all the bad things that's happened to me and asking God to release it and replace it with his blessings. Remember people that it is also written in the Bible that your punishments are also punishments from our fore fathers, meaning that their wrong doings are also our wrong doings, so therefore I go back and forgive all my ancestors and their enemies for their sins against God and I ask God to forgive them as well. I honor my Mother and Father with all my life and ask them to forgive me for all my wrong doings.

Try this folks! This is an example of what real relaxation skills are like; the example that I just gave you would cost you about $125 from a trained professional and I just gave you the secret for free. Now try it for 6 to 12 months and see how your body feels.

I do this everyday and night and have already noticed a difference. I plan to do it for the rest of my life everyday. I also take my natural alternative medicines and my western medicines in the meantime. But when I get at that point where I don't need any medications, they're out the door!

Now go and buy the CD I told you to get a Media Play and give it a shot! You can only gain from this, and the side effects... ARE REMARKABLE
