Yeah, I've tried the SR techniques and you're right it does take time, but patience is all I have becuz my health is all that matters to me. The GR juice you talk about is a miracle healer too and they say nobody knows why it works; wonder how come?

I have some skilled relaxation treatments you may be interested in:

I sleep with the Bible under my pillow; they say this protects your soul when visiting the others worlds when you sleep.

I like to listen to religious music to help keep my focus with this illness. Gospel usually does it for me.

I will pick versus out of the Bible and record them on tape and play them back when I do my SR meditations.

By the way, the stuff you talked about in your skilled relaxation techniques was pretty deep! I think I'll try it though but I do understand what you're saying, and it is a bit deep.

I went and bought the Bible on cassette and when I get stressed out or full of anxiety I'll listen to it and it really help me alot for stress and anxiety.

I pray to God and ask others to keep me in their prayers, while I also return the favor and pray for others as well.

I'll watch religious movies on t.v. that help keep up my faith. (China Cry) is a very good movie for keeping my faith.

I attend church services and get involved in Bible study and prayer.

I also have this urge to help others, becuz when we reach out and help other people, the favor is usually returned when you're least expecting it.

When I have bad HB I will rub those areas of my chest with blessed Olive Oil or arthritis creme and I concentrate on the pain asking God to heal me; and the pain usually goes away most of the time; if it doesn't I will take an antacid or eat some yogurt to keep the esophagus coated for protection.

Whenever I feel HB I usually treat it with something to try and keep it coated to protect it from damage. Yogurt works pretty goood; Gaviscon is the best on the market for instant HB relief, and or ice-cream, or something thick. Pepto-Bismal works really will for irritated esopagus; I usually will take about 1/4 cup mixed in with gaviscon 1/8 cup and it takes the burning right away! Then if the pain comes back then I usually will take some Zantac over the counter med's if I've alreay taken a PPI. I usually take 2 of them with about 1 glass of water.

For mild HB I will drink 3 8oz glasses of water and the pain goes away. If it starts to come back then I drink more water, but this only works on mild HB. For more severe HB then the above steps are usually more helpful.

I plan to get the Bard or Stretta as soon as I can arrange it so I can hopefully get cured and get on with my life! I'm working two jobs so that just incase my insurance won't kick in I will be just fine. I may have to fly out to CA. becuz I'm not sure if they're any experienced Doctors that really can perform it yet in here in Colorado.

I try to stay busy becuz it keeps my mind of the illness. I find that If I stay busy then my anxiety attacks usually don't bother me; it's when I think about the disease or feel HB or trouble swallowing is when I get choked up.

I read all kinds of alternative books and listen to alternative tapes for diseases and vitamin deficincies. Dr. Weil is a favorite and Dr. Deepak Chopra is pretty good.

I also do research as well, glad to hear your interests are the same as mine. I research into Indian meds, and Chinese meds which is where the Gingerroot ideas originated from; by the way good write up on that!

So hopefully these techniques will also work for you as they do for me and here is my e-mail address I want to definately keep in touch with you. juanitalynn@MSN.com

Keep in touch your a strong person
