Ginger Juice

I have been on fresh squeezed ginger juice for the second time around. The first time I was on it, I stayed on it for three weeks, however after the second week, no more signs of acid reflux. When it returned some months later, again I went on it. It has now been two weeks and no burning at all. Since I have also a hiatal hernia, I do get the occassional heavy chest at the breast bone and a bit of pain, along with the difficulty swallowing, but this is occassional. I highly suggest that you all try fresh ginger juice at the rate of one teaspoon every morning. It can not hurt, and if you react as I have it will help in leaps and bounds.
