It took 15 visits to different doctors to finally tell me I had gastric reflux, so.. it wasn't stress, not enough excersise, asthma, lack of sleep. Then for nearly two years I took Zantac and prepulsid, at a cost of nearly $40 per month! The minute I forgot to take it, bang! I felt like a trapped animal. One day I was experiencing headaches and dizzy spells, I relented and went against my judgement and went to a chiropracter. He poked me in the chest in three different spots, ouch, ouch, ouch. He plainly told me that I had a hiatal hernia, and he could fix it for $35. Next morning he manipulated my stomach by hand back down to the proper position, he got me to drink 5 glasses of water and jump up and down a few times, I felt my stomach go plonk, down to the right position and I had been right as rain for one year now. Recently it has found it's way back again, I'm going back to the chiropracter! E-mail me for more info if you wish. Good luck, and my view of alternate therapies and doctors has changed to a results based over cost basis, don't be ripped off!
