I had the stretta procedure done by Dr. John Wu at univ of Louisville hospital I was supposedly in a test group. It was the most poorly conducted study I've ever seen . No follow up, they were supposed to pay me $400 from Curon medical never have. I saw no change in my symptoms. I decided to have the laproscopic nissen fundoplacation performed by Adrian Park and I'm so glad I did My heart burn/ is completely gone . he said he saw evidence of some scar tissue from the stretta but not enough to block the acid from comingback up. Yea for the nissen fundo . Curon needs to get their act together.
