Manifestations of allergies can vary from person to person. Crampy abdominal pain can be precipitated by large amounts of fiber in your diet. The sensation of heartburn and the "irritation" that you stated was noted in your testing can also be caused by medications such as aspirin, motrin/ibuprofen, and other anti-inflammatory drugs.
