Prilosec and nutrient absorption

I've read that PPI's affect the stomach's absorption of calcium. Is there a particular kind of calcium that one should take for better absorption? Also, I've had 3 colds in the last 6 months, and am wondering if being on Prilosec has any affect on absorption of Vitamin C? I take a

multiple vitamin containing 120mg of Vitamin C,

but of course I haven't had any orange juice or tomatoes in over a year.
