Sore spot

Sometimes when I press the centre of my abdomen it hurts, and usually I can feel a lump. In most cases it is when I have eaten. But it can go away in a matter of minutes, and sometimes it goes when I rub it. I had a barium meal but as I had to have an empty stomach for it, I felt fine when I had it done. Other than that, I eat normally. I am not sure if anything else in that area could be doing this.
