Dear Jose: Exercise, particularly sit-ups and weights can certainly worsen your GERD and also make your hiatal hernia get larger. The Testosterone also increases your acid reflux and it should not be used as an anabolic steroid for muscle building. It should only be used for treatment of a specific medical problem by prescription and under supervision of a physician. Consider a repeat endoscopy since your last one was four years ago and your symptoms have worsened
