bile reflux treatment??

I have been having stomach problems for quite awhile now. Burning and stabbing on the upper abdomen portion. I have tried prevacid and it did not help. The doctor just did an EGD test and also took some biopies. The results from his test said--mild post vulvular atrophie and bile reflux. What exactly is this and what type of treatment should I be getting? Thanks
