Thanks for replying, MMN. Yup, it sure would be nice to be pill free but I have heard so many horror stories about the surgery not working that I think I'll stay with the pills. My gastro doc said to give the Prilosec a few weeks and I hope that things will improve. I also get these incredible waves of tiredness/lightheadness with Prilosec. Not a lot of fun when you're driving! All the best to everyone on this board.
