Hi Carol, I had deep and very painful muscle aches in my lower legs for a while. I had been on 30mg of Prevacid for nearly a year before the pains started. I've been off it for 2 weeks now and the pain is almost gone (still get some twinges every now and then). I think that if you do a search on Prevacid here, you will find other people who also had muscle and/or bone pain while on Prevacid. Hope you will feel better soon.
