you know i went on vaction for 2 weeks (a cruise) and guess what i had no heartbuen the whole time but when i got back it started all over again. my gi doc put me on an anti depressant to help. he just uppped my dose. have not been on it long enough to tell if it is changing things. when i was on the very low dose it helped some so we'll see.
