If you're getting help from an anti-depressant than you can definitely beat GERD naturally. Learn how to meditate and do it twice a day, for at least 20 minutes each time, for six to 12 months, and eventually you won't have GERD anymore, provided you eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise (and you won't need drugs to mask your symptoms).
