Rread No More Heartburn and bought DGL tablets. The taste is truly awful and I can barely get them down. Is there another alternative? I bought the kind she reocmmended Enzamatic therapy I think with fructose. Boy those things are awful. I also bought aloe vera capsules as they didn't have the juice. Am starting out by taking one at night even tho it said two. I did this because I don't know if I can tolerate aloe vera or not. Also friend said aloe vera not supposed to be taken orally and not approved by FDA. Has anybody heard of that?
