I have been following this board for several months now and have been very pleased with the information I have read. I have had a symptoms for some time now. It really kicked up this last January. I have been on Prevacid and Reglan then Aciphex and now back to Prevacid (insurance hell). I have had an endoscope that shows reflux and the meds have stopped the burning but the chest spasms have not stopped. I went to my GI yesterday and he feels the spasms are from a brain signal that is messed up but to be sure, he has ordered a stress test. My occupation has given me a better grasp on the medical than most people and I know there is little to be worried about but for some reason I am. All I really want is what we all want. Answers and relief. Not really much more to do than to wait for the test and get through it. Thanks to all of you, I never really thought a group such as this would be as big a help as it has been.
