You got it!!! appetite almost absent at times and ravenous like every third day or so,but I tell you they should also market it as a weight-loss drug as I dropped alot of weight, and find it difficult to even maintain, where I am I have to be careful or I drop more. I know what you mean about the bloating, I find that taking 4 Gaviscon with a big glass of water and going for a walk really helps that. I thought I was nuts too and I think the Dr's thought so too, apparently the pain is not a documented side-effect of the drug. Thanks for your reply, I hope you feel better...MMN
