Curon is doing a controlled trial of the Stretta procedure. They are trying to recruit 15 candidates at each of 8 sites. Fifty percent of the subjects will have the actual procedure (randomized and blind) and 50% will go through a simulated Stretta procedure. After the follow up period, the subjects who did not get the actual procedure in the trial will be offered the opportunity to have it.
