Boy, I lost my appetite when I was on all the PPI's! I dropped more weight -- 6-7 pounds in a month. I had lost 15 pounds when I first got IBS in Feb of 1999, had nicely gained it back, and now I'm back down. I just had NO appetite! They don't tell you that, do they? And diarrhea and nausea (and this is all besides the scary rash I eventually developed, but I won't even go into that. Me and Todd here must be in the EXTREME minority).
