I agree. I have experienced a severe palpatation in my chest that I honestly can't tell if it is a spasm of heart racing, or perhaps both. I have had the stress test and a heart cathaterization. Fortunately my heart has tested out fine. But like you I would just like to know the cause. I'm on Prilosec. But I've also started a regimen of oregano oil and echinecea tea which seems to be helping also.
