I had a Lap Nissen last september and have done well until the last week. Had chest pains the other night along with the feeling my heart was pounding, also left shoulder pain. Went to ER and ended up being admitted for heart tests, my heart is fine. My internist says esophageal spasms but I'm thinking my reflux is back, will have to see my GI doc. In the meantime I've been changed to Aciphex. I guess I'll be getting another round of GI tests.
