Dear genny, wow, you sound fairly miserable. I'm not sure this is a good forum to try to solve you problems, but my one simple suggestion is to make sure you don't have gallstones. I would imagine you've had an ultrasound looking for this if you've had all these other tests, but you didn't mention it. I really don't know what else to tell you, because you present a fairly unusual and difficult set of symptoms. I'm sorry not to be of more help.
