NEED RELIEF FROM GAS BLOAT

I had the Nissen fundoplication surgery performed in 1998, and have suffered from gas bloat syndrome ever since. Can you give me any suggestions for relieving this severe problem, and also your opinion if the dialation procedure would correct it. Thank you for any help you could give me.
