I'm home from my second endoscopy. this doctor said everything is fine, stomach, esophagus and small bowel. he said to continue on protonix once a day but he's concerned about the weight loss. I'm now down to 134 and still dropping. No appetite and he said something about not absorbing food. I did that fat stool check and am awaiting results of that. Has anybody had such weight loss (40 pounds, no appetitite) with gerd. I also still have those pains under my ribs going straight through to high shoulder blade, mostly right. Boy this is frustrating.
