The Tamer products do nothing to fat but, they will help neutralize the increase in acid that fat causes the stomach to produce. (I think that is what you were trying to say Garry?) Coffee Tamer is not the exact formulation of Food Tamer but it can be used on food. I personally have used the packets on food when traveling and it works real well. All shaker bottles are now being shipped with a measuring spoon for more exact application.
