I did try the Ginger root regimen. I didn't help me a lot. Some days I felt a little difference, but all in all it didn't do the trick. I also only did for 12 days and I know you are supposed to do it for 3 weeks. Will call my pharmacy about your mix. Hope the ginger root does something for you. All my best Margit
