Her book helped me tremendously. I brought it to my current gastro doctor. Who by the way co-authored Optimal Digestion. There is always more to the story. WHo knows what really happened. If anything this will make her a more vigilant doctor. Her book Depression Cured At Last is excellent. Not really abouyt depression, but about our environment and how it effects us physically and emotionally. I would highly recommend it also.
