Oh, one other thing, because I also have IBS. Reducing the acid that milk causes wouldn't be enough to stop the lactose intolerance in general, though, would it? (which in turn seems to cause diarrhea). I wonder if taking a Lactaid Ultra would then also be necessary -- or what.
