It is time consuming. When I did it I had to eat nuclear laced egg beaters which taste terrible. You are also NPO status(nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before). You have 10 minutes max to eat these eggs and then you will stand up while pressing up against this machine and they take a picture and watch what these eggs do over 1 hr, 2 hrs, etc. One you get past the eating the eggs part everything is ok if you can keep the eggs down and not throw up after eating them. Not a test I want to do again.
