Here lately i don't get the chest pain bad now its mainly in the top of the stomach and goes to back and arms will ache.It seems strange cause i can be fine all day but it always comes on in evening some don't hurt much and some are killers!Always feel cramp start in upper stomach and then it radiates to back,straight threw and when its really bad will make my arms ache.Makes me wonder if its the hernia and after eating 3 meals(small) and i get fuller if thats why its worse at night and in the night.Any one else?This is some strange stuff and belching seems to be the only relief and that might take awhile.
