gastritus,esopagitius, and peptic ulcer from chemo txs

chemo txs. have caused gastritus, esopagitus and a peptic ulcer in husband. there is blood being spit up, severe abd(high) pain,pain as he swallows food, belching. no food is setting well. the gastro Dr was unhelpful after endo...he left rxs but never wanted to talk with us. he is on propulsid bid with no relief. wedont know what to do. I dont know wha to feed him. ther is also diarrhea and some urgency for bm's. we would appreciate any reply for we are desperate. thank you so much
