hernia  with possible associated conditions

Hello, May I ask your advice? The background..I have a diagnosed hiatus hernia.. with reflux and associated problems. The pain that I am experiencing is on the right hand side.. and feels as intense as an ulcer... I am taking anti-acids etc. to help. When I lie down it feels as if it is twisting/knotting. I also have a heaviness which can also be quite painful on the left hand side of my face and head with diagnosed tinnitus...and a constant low grade migraine. I have been diagnosed as having a lower blood supply to the nerves associated with the mentioned areas. It has also been muted by an ear, nose, and throat specialistthat this latest set of symptoms is due to vascular problems. I certainly feel that all the symptoms mentioned above, become more intense when I am active.

My question is ... Is it possible to have a hernia which causes vascular problems, which in turn cause the problems of a constant low grade migraine? I look forward to your response Monet Clarke
