Post Nissen Problem

I had a Nissen 18 mos ago. Had problems with esohageal spasm on and off since then. Had a bout of GI flu with retching in December, since I've had several episodes of heartburn, hoarseness. I now cannot lie on my left side without feeling my heart beating extremely strongly. I'm waiting to get a date for repeat ph etc studies.
