Flu and Reflux

This is the first time I had the Flu since I started with GERD and Reflux. I vomited a lot of acid and it felt like me throat, mouth, chest was on fire. I lost my voice for 3 days. Will this hurt my vocal chords? I also have been short of breathe and my stomache is still upset. ANy help would be appreciated.
