How long do symptome last after H pylori cure?

I've just had a breath test for Hp 3 months after triple therapy. Hp test was -ve but I still have symptoms (upper left abdo & shoulder pain ~3hrs after food). Have been taking pepcid off & on dependant on severity of symptoms (works pretty well)- do symptoms typically go on this long & what's the next step - another endoscopy??
