Hi Ialso get it. It will start in my upper stomach (feels like cramp or twisting and goes into lower chest and straight threw to back,it last 1-15 min.i get it mainly in evenings after supper and in the night when i turn in bed.Can be very painful!Had a scope last week and dr found hiatal hernia.He says it shouldn't cause that pain but i feel it does.After i burp real big it will go away.
