Mine lasts longer. This last episode lasted 20 hrs and left my chest sore. Unless they experience it themselves, I think many doctors don't believe whether something hurts or not. All the literature I've read suggests it is usually accompanied by heartburn and I don't get that. Just this HUGE CRAMP in my chest. It's scary! Sandy
