Hi Was sleeping sound again and felt pain start in stomach again.I sat us an leaned against a pillow withheating pad on back because spine was killing me.Sat that way for about 2 hours and it didn't do much so i got up and the pain hit so hard!Mainly in center and arms just killed me....it lasted 3 hours again and was so bad.......it really gets bad i don't know what to do with myself!!!!!Back felt tight and i think heating pad made it worse.So here i am 2hours late to work.Just don't know what to do anymore.....could use some morphine.....its that bad at times AND I MEAN BAD!I ache in back so bad today so i hope i can make it threw work.
