To anyone, everyone, Does anyone go to sleep on an elevated bed with a wedge or pillow added, and then wake up in middle of nite feeling the refluxate in their chest, causing you to sit up? This is what is happening to me, and is the most distressing symptom. I don't understand why it comes up even with the elevated bed (concrete blocks about 5 inches) and with a wedge pillow another 3. Why is it so strong to defy gravity. Anyone else have this problem. Then I sit up and wait while it moves down into stomach again (with or without hh - don't know- hh is a slider) lots of gurgling noises, fluid sounds, have to get up and pace around, ruins sleep most nites. Does this happen to anybody else on earth?????????
