oh yes! some nights worse than others, but sometimes just before I wake up! and it depends with me anyhow, what time I eat before I lay down. I've been told, never lay down until three hours after eating......nothing like watching the clock some nights! and...... then theres the burning in upper back and arms. Do you get the awful back aches in the morning, or the food just sitting there from the night before?
