I have the same problem as you, Lorna. No heartburn to speak of but severe reflux and low motility. I had Lap Nissen surgery five weeks ago and it appears that the surgery has not helped. Still plenty of reflux (perhaps a bit less than before surgery) and no change in the motility problem. Judging from your posting I take it there's nothing I can do to help my low-motility problem? I never tried propulsid or any other motility medication. Do you have any suggestions at all? Is there any hope?
