I am planning to have the Endocinch soon -- I have the PH and motility tests scheduled, and if those don't show impaired motility, I'll have the Endocinch as soon as possible. My doctor said that the procedure is probably most effective in people with mild to moderate reflux -- the tests will show how severe mine is. He also said that the Endocinch is entirely reversible, and does not interfere with a future Nissen at all. The stitches can simply be removed. The stretta does not sound as reversible, or as safe.
