guys, why are you so negative about herbs,and scared? let me explain this for anyone interested. dont guy buy your own herbs,and treat yourself, go to an herbalist. herbs have been tested in china for 3000 years, do you think monks in the mountains, tribes in indonesia, africa, and the like, have access to ppis? there are many hospitals in china and japan doing studies. the problem for the fda, is that they want to patent herbs, so they make the money. you cant patent things anyone can grow, so fdas upset. you can patent a special formula though, and chinese herbal formulas are patented. this country, up until a few hundred years ago, maybe less, was all herbal cures. sure, some more people died of polio,and scarlet fever, etc. but herbal remedies were the mainstay. we now have more people sick these day, except from huge out breaks. then antibiotics came around,and saved alot of people, now they are given out like candy,and more and more bacteria are becoming immune to antibiotics, so we keep making more of them, eventually, they just wont work anymore. but dont be fooled by the fda, how many false posetives happen to make a drug legal so the stock goes up,and they all get rich, then people died,and the drug is takn off the market. studies or drugs are like 1 yr long, that tells nothing. and more people diedd of drugs,than herbs. doctors and medecine,re the third leading cause of deathin this country. do the research, homeopathic medecine was first use in this country,and is still used today, sodont believe what the govt wants you to. also, the govt hunned accuuncture, then they wanted a piece of it, so doctors,md, have to take a 600 hr course,to become an accupncturist, when a real acxcupuncturit takes 3-4 yrs. and all med knowledge has nothing to do with accupuncture, only a little anatomy. so doctors don really know accupuncture. also, it was studied,and now is accepted as treatment for stomache aches,and nausea. im not saying to stop your pills, but really, get passed the brainwashing, liicorice can raise blood pressure a little, and lower you potassium, gee, whats listed as side effects for ppis?
