I had something like this within the first month of surgery. The explanation I got was that there is some swelling at the wrap site. The surgeon didn't even think it was worth talking about, it was that minor an event apparently (even though to me it seemed like a big deal!). It went away and then came back later. In my case I'm pretty sure I brought it on by eating too much or too fast, even though by normal standards I was doing anything but. So I just tried to be more cautious, and that took care of it. It's just a routine part of healing, I think, but you need to ask your surgeon, just to be sure in your case.
