If your motility is too low, and you have a wrap, you'll leave yourself unable to get what you swallow from your mouth to your stomach. That's why it's imperative for anyone being considered for a Nissen to have this test FIRST. If you get a surgeon who does not recommend it, run as fast as you can to a competent surgeon.
