I am afraid I found that Propulsid was the only medication which helped my lack of motility although the food did leave your stomach quickly leaving you quite hungry sometimes. I found I could eat just about anything although I was still quite careful in the evenings. Nowadays I can't eat at all in the evenings without being up all night with reflux. After undergoing all the tests I am not a suitable candidate for surgery as I am not refluxing enough acid and my manometry was similar to your reading. I also have a weak LES with some scarring. My Professor told me that he has two patients already on Propulsid although it is not obviously widely used. You could try motilium, but I don't rate it at all and there isn't anything else on the market at the moment.
