Hi Jeff, I don't think my reflux is mild -- PPI's and other meds don't work for me at all, and my reflux is a constant problem. I have decided that my life is being affected too much by it to wait anymore (it's only been a year and a half, but it feels like a lifetime!). If the Endocinch doesn't work, I'll do the Nissen immediately. My doctor suggested we do things sequentially -- see how the Endocinch works, and then move on to surgery if it doesn't. Are you planning surgery or another procedure soon? Rose
