Thanks, Jeff. If PPI's worked for me, I wouldn't even be considering surgery or the Endocinch! But my symptoms have progressed since they started, and I almost never have good days now. I just had a Barrett's scare (suspicious tissue biopsied during my endoscopy), and when the results came back negative, I vowed to stop this thing in it's tracks before something like that happens. Surgery and the Endocinch seems a lot less frightening than precancerous cell changes! Rose
