In answer to your question, I think I want to order that Bedz-Up. No, my bed's not really elevated. I can't lift the waterbed frame the ex left here to put bricks underneath. So my friend shaved off some sytrofoam blocks from a computer packaging into wedges about 4" inch high, and we stuck them under the mattress. I couldn't deal with the foam stuff in all the Medical and Relax the Back stores --they were seven to ten inches high (too high), PLUS, they have to go under the pillow and I kept sliding down! I couldn't find one that went under the mattress. Do you have to sleep on your back when it's raised/ I know this is bad, but I can't sleep unless it's on my stomach!
